Drinks were ok. Service was terrible. Had to wait 15+ mins for a drink, server didn't even seem to be of drinking age- how can you recommend anything?

Happy hour -- Perfect pig marg too citrusy; coconut mojito worth ordering again, and spinach, mango quesadilla tasty but where's the mango? With so many options unlikely to return Friendly, genuine service

Decided to try a new place tonight and we landed here. It was a really fun date. The atomosphere is quirky. Like a study and a bar all in one. We found a side table where we could take in some people watching. The food was in reasonable portions and fairly priced. The presentation was great. I really the tacos and my wife's chicken club was awesome. I think my favorite part was the slaw, it was in a tasty lemon vinaigrette. The waiter really made our night. He was engaging, funny, and helpful.

Went here before going to see a show at Hodi's half note and had a great experience. The hostess greeted us at the door and informed us to seat ourselves and met us at the table and got us waters to start and before we knew it the waiter was there checking in with us. He was very knowledgeable about the beers which lead us to get the black bottle floozy and their special nitro on tap from new Belgium- a salted caramel. Both were outstanding beers. We ordered the BFLGT with the green chili Mac and cheese and the pig melt with onion rings. The waiter again provided great information on the menu leading us to order those meals. And they did not disappoint! The cheese on the BFLGT raises it to a different level and the grilled goodness of the pig melt can't be beat. Both were outstanding and we will certainly be back based on the great food and service!! Beer may be a bit on the pricier side, but that just means go here for the food and a beer and if you want more you can grab more elsewhere.

I have been here a couple of times now. They have $1 mimosa on Sundays. Try to the pineapple basil. It's great. Their mac and cheese is probably the best I've ever had in my life. I love it. I will go back just for that. I haven't been out here at night so I don't know what it's like, but they have corn hole and adult jenga!

This place was awful, my pulled pork sandwich was heavy on liquid smoke and came out ice cold. I sent it back to be heated up and when the waitress brought my food back it had upgraded to a lukewarm. The flavor wasn't there and neither was the presentation or follow through. It won't be long until this place goes under, I was extremely disappointed.

I like Blind Pig, I really did. It had more TVs than were really necessary, but that meant they could play the Broncos game on the main screen, and also the Niners on a couple side screens. Definitely a good place to stop by if you want to catch a game. The servers were nice, and checked in often to make sure we were good on food and drink, and I never ran out of water. Our waitress was nice enough to come back a couple times because we were having a hard time deciding what to order. We went with a pitcher of classic mimosas (only $10!), and some burgers. My friend said the beef was flavored really well for her Avo & Pepper Jack, and the slaw was a good side. I went with the Guatemalan with a chicken breast, but the chicken was on the dry side. Honestly, I'm pretty used to this, but it doesn't mean it makes me happy... My side of sweet potato tots were just ok - they didn't taste much like sweet potato, so I was a little disappointed. Also, the avocado was underripe, and it had little to no flavor. The food really just didn't blow me away. I'll probably be back with my friends to try the brunch, but there are so many options nearby that I can't justify giving it more than two chances. I'll definitely update when we go back!

Don't know why I keep trying- I guess the $1 Mimosa on Sunday is a good lure... But the place is loud, dirty, and the last thing I want to do is eat from a buffet! They don't serve lunch till 2:30 and when one server told us 2 and then another said 3 we got confused. Then one serve was pretty rude so we took off.

I thought the food was good (I had the pulled pork sandwich with the beer battered onion rings on the side) and our waiter was fantastic and really helpful to answer our many questions. It's definitely a bar scene and got kind of loud at a couple of times from the people sitting at the bar which was distracting but it wasn't super crowded so it didn't affect our ability to have conversation too much.

I really think that removing the wooden bar was a mistake, but perhaps cause I always thought it was a great Irish Pub... But we will see if the curse of that building died with the remodeling of the bar. I really like the sunday brunch, but I think they will die off until summer now that football is over, again, we will see. All in all the food is decent, and the drinks are decent as well. They do have a good bloody mary bar as well as many interesting mimosa flavors! I'm not too big on the crowd that comes here since many of them seem like the Tony's crowd as well as a bunch of frat-tastic bro-dudes, who annoy me deeply, so I usually only go here when meeting other friends, and it is not my first choice in bars, since I am more of a beer guy, and the selection here is so-so, though this place is more of a mixed drink place. They do have a big jenga tower which is pretty cool, and they seem to have karaoke regularly, which can be good and bad, LOL... Any ways, this place is A-OK, but nothing special...

Sunday morning $1 mimosas and Brunch! Sounds great to me. Great atmosphere and the service was not lacking. They had 5 or 6 different flavors of mimosas to try. All were good, but our favorite this trip was the cranberry. For the most part, the brunch was good. A couple of the breakfast items were a little off (French toast and waffles) but the rest of the food was good. We sat inside by the windows and it was very pleasant. The seating areas away from the windows seemed to be pretty dark. We thought it was a great place to hang out for a few hours on a Sunday!

15 minutes for a draught beer and it was the wrong beer. The owners claimed to have opened several successful bars prior to Blind Pig, I call shenanigans on that. The people of Fort Collins contributing to mediocre businesses is the only reason they are still alive. The atmosphere is cliche and bland, looks like a page from a college textbook titled "how to start your own bar." They hire cute servers who remind me of Katy Perry since they can smile while delivering a bad performance. I have not one positive remark and work too hard to spend another penny at this establishment.

These guys have good solid creative drinks, a decent bar menu that is beyond average, great service, and a lot of flat screens. Currently viewing the Mexico vs Brazil World Cup (against my will) and having a lot of fun. I really have to credit this place on their staff. Every time I come here I have a different host/waitress and every time they are helpful and attentive. Great place to drink, great to have tasty alcohol absorbing food. Sports fans are stupid loud, but not the proprietor's fault. What do you expect from drunk futbol (soccer) fans?

We stopped into The Blind Pig on our way home from the mountains. Such a win!! The food is way above brewery standards! Was not a busy night for them, as it was the Sunday after the 4th of July. Service was great. My family ordered the buffalo wings-- thumbs up from my 16year old wing aficionado. Fried shrimp sandwich ( not ordered by me-- but my 18 yr old ) another thumbs up. My husband and I shared the island chicken. We all tried the green chili Mac and cheese. It was all delicious. A treat.

Great brunch. Delicious as @&$# Mimosas! The food is pretty good but nothing really blew my mind. It's a fun place to go though. And dollar mimosas are seriously delicious!

Great crowds, fun vibes, and karaoke! Can you ask for more? The Blind Pig is the best place to chill with a group of friends any night of the week. They always have something going on! Sundays they have a sick brunch and $1 Mimosas!!!! Did you hear that? I'm from CA so that made me almost cry! I want to fly my friends out for brunch because I'm saving so much money on mimosas. I absolutely love the Blind Pig!

  • Amy O.

I like that Blind Pig was a pub, but felt a few steps above that. The prices felt like a pub, but the quality of the food seemed higher than your standard pub fare. Our server (Shayna sp??) was awesome! Now for the most important part. Drum roll, please! They have MEXICAN MARTINIS!!!! This is the first place I've found them in Colorado. I was SO thrilled to see that they served them just like I remember in Austin. Man, I wish I lived closer to the Blind Pig!!!

We just moved here to Fort Collins and have started scoping out the restaurants. The Blind Pig was referred to us and we loved it. I really like that they have a gluten free menu, and it includes REAL FOOD instead of food that most people won't want to eat. Their sweet tater tots are a MUST HAVE. Seriously. They are the best!!! Their Jalapeno sauces are perfectly spicy -- not too much (but they love their jalapenos here!). I have gotten the steak tacos on corn tortillas (gluten free!) and my husband has tried various things on the menu, including their wings. The atmosphere is great and the wait staff is friendly and quick. We have been twice so far.

Who knew blind pig did Sunday brunch? I certainly didn't realize it was a breakfast place. The usual places in old town were busy (Lucile's, Snooze, Silver Grill) when my friend came to visit, so I was looking around yelp and saw something about brunch and mimosas at Blind Pig. Sold! There was a pretty good array of food, but you can only eat from the buffet (about $14, not bad!). The food changes from brunch to brunch, but I think some of my favorites were the little French toast sticks, the beer cheese soup, and I was liking the goat cheese grits. They also have about 5 flavors of $1 mimosas, or you can get a pitcher to share. I'm probably going to bring my parents here when they come to visit. Pretty good food, not so busy, and mimosas!!

This place was super awesome to celebrate my buddy's birthday. The cover band Friday night was really awesome. Two brothers on keys and drums. I would guess they're regulars playing there. The service was great with our big group. She was chill about letting us order from her or at the bar. Ok so my drink was the Rock Coconut Mojito. It had coconut (obvi) and watermelon and it was possibly the best mojito I've ever had, and from a place like this I was very surprised. But it was amazing.

Blind Pig Pub sounds like a frat bar, probably because there exists another Blind Pig in Austin on 6th street. Here, the logo appears a tad more refined, the drinks are not advertised as "cheap shots all night", and grub can hold its own ground. Happy Hour offered 3 of us enough fried food and beverage to last us through the first half of the basketball game. Queso fries afforded us a good balance of consistency and texture--creamy and crispy; pulled pork sliders... added a good bit of protein and sugar to the meal; fried zucchini and mushrooms pumped essential oils (I say essential in jest) into our blood; and spinach artichoke dip offered a false sense of health. On the whole, this less-frequented bar off the main strip has won me over, and I would send anyone desiring some good drink, grub, and sports-watching to BPP.

The cocktails here are a lot of fun and they have a wonderful happy hour! My friends and I love coming here for drinks and appetizers. They also have live music on weekends! It's a great little spot downtown! It's challenging to find parking sometimes, but that's true for all of Downtown Fort Collins.

Oh my god I love their brunch! How can you go wrong with endless bacon?!? Most of their food on the Buffett is pretty good but can be a hit or miss on somethings. They should totally serve tortillas to make burritos though, I think that would be an awesome idea! Anywho, the main reason it only got 4 stars instead of 5 is their crappy service. It never seems they have enough staff for the amount of people they are serving and you are always waiting on your drink refills. Last time we went it took 30 mins before my friend got his iced tea after we all had already gotten our drinks. Overall I still go because I love the food and always take family and friends visiting out of town there too :)

This place is pretty alright. The food I've eaten here, I've really enjoyed but it's not hard to make a BLT with avocado sandwich. I mean, who doesn't like avocado and bacon together. The service was slow, the waitress kept forgetting to bring the beer that I ordered. I've been here for happy hour once and had very shitty service but it was cheap. Maybe it has to be dead to get decent service. The third time I was here, the kitchen manager was shit faced, he was having a great time but everyone around him seemed to be annoyed. Luckily though, the bar manager had enough of him too and ended up walking him out (This is why I have 4 stars instead of 3). I had a taste of the Texas Martini and thought it was pretty delicious. I will be back during the summer to get me some of that.

There is no better bar in Fort Collins! The staff ALWAYS goes above and beyond to ensure that you have a good time. From studying on Wednesday nights to raging on Friday and Saturday, Blind Pig is my bar of choice! Strong drinks and great staff ;) what more can you ask for?

  • Tub O.

The Blind Pig! Went in to have a drink before FoCo MX on a Saturday afternoon. In true Fort Collins style, there was a big guy with a beard and a little hot blonde behind the bar. At first I was a little disappointed that the guy greeted us, but by the end he was one of my favorite bartenders of all time. He would send the girl over to talk and flirt with us while we were watching some games on the TVs, but then he would fill our drinks with just a nod of the head. I'm very picky about my old fashions but he nailed it every time. When we could get him to talk, he was hilarious, and girl was gorgeous. Good work Saturday crew. We will be back.

Although I think the atmosphere is great, this place is notorious for giving the worst service I have ever had in my life. The majority of the staff is either clueless or just plain rude. I have given this place enough chances but they need to clean house and hire an entire new staff if they plan on staying in business for long.

Decent but there's better around. Brisket Quesadilla - where's the beef? Head to Sanford's, theirs is a smoky BBQ bounty.

Went there as a secret shopper-received great service! Both of us who were dining are/have been in the service industry. Our server was prompt while still giving us enough time to browse the menu. The drinks came out very quickly and were delicious - the Texas Martini is very good if you want to try a new spin on tequila. It's also a HUGE drink served in a shaker and is great for splitting with someone. I kind of tried to be annoying to our server (after all, I WAS secret shopping) so I quizzed him on a few things on the menu and he was polite, funny, and honest when he didn't know the answer but said he would find out - I love that!!! Overall, the food was great. The tacos are a great deal for the portion size. Pleasant atmosphere and surprisingly a great spot to grab dinner - I feared it might be too noisy but on a Thursday night it was great! Two thumbs up!

Popped in to meet friends and grab a quick beer. The happy hour specials are really great - lots of craft beers for $3 and a variety of appetizers for cheap. The nachos were really good and the quesadilla hit the spot. The place is open and has a pretty large bar. Our group of 5 had no problem finding a place to post up. Looking forward to going back and trying some other their other offerings.

For the past few months I have frequented the Blind Pig on Sundays for their all you can eat buffet, great mimosa selection (very cheap) and top shelf make your own bloody mary's (also inexpensive). The chef has a different theme weekly (such as Italian, Mexican, etc.) along with the breakfast staples, plus salads and desserts. This is the best value for a buffet brunch in the area and is always delicious. I have also been twice during the week for lunch and while their menu is small, the food is fabulous! I usually sit at the bar and the bartenders are friendly and attentive, but my last visit I had a business lunch and we sat at a table. Our server was great and I look forward to my next visit. Being a fairly new restaurant I expect "The Pig" to get better as time progresses but it is a gem in downtown Fort Collins.

In Fort Collins....I like eating burgers here. Not sure why. The french fries are ack...but the burgers are good (order something other then the fries on the side). The comment about fries is kind of not fair though. No restaurant in Fort Collins seems to know how to make good french fries, regardless of how much stupid money you pay for them. I guess frozen french fries are a thing in Colorado, maybe left over from the pioneer days or something. Anyway, I like the bar, it's a simple place. It's a great unpretentious but not dive place to grab lunch and a beer.

Great food, great service, great drinks, try the hog wings! Also their specialties for brunch and drinks is awesome. Come late afternoon for a relax feeling and a party on weekend nights

    (5)
  • Shoko C.

They have some of the best wings in town, so crispy on the outside and perfectly juicy and meaty inside. There was a sauce, maybe honey sriracha? that sounded good but was waaaay too much honey, I wouldn't recommend that flavor it almost ruined the great wings for me. Other than that, the atmosphere is much better during the day - at night it is a weird crowd of hipsters and rude people, or maybe it was just like that the few times I went in at that time (but I won't be doing it again).

  • Joe M.

If you haven't been to the Blind Pig for Sunday brunch, do yourself a favor and go. A little pricey but well worth the great spread of homemade like food. Also, you can't beat the multi flavors of mimosas for buck a glass.

  • Lindsey P.

Just stopped by on a Sunday afternoon for a quick mimosa. We had intended to eat there but they only had a brunch menu and were weren't in the mood for breakfast-y foods. We also weren't offered a menu for...30 minutes?! We sat at the bar and the bartender was friendly, just not the most attentive. I did like my prickly pear mimosa...definitely worth $1!

From outside I didn't think anything of it then when I went in I thought the place was really nice the service was great their beer selection was good and their pork shanks were fantastic definitely recommend this place

Great people, excellent service, good eats! It's great to see another classy place in Fort Collins. I can't wait to see what you do with your future plans for growth. Gong karaoke is a blast as well.

Blind Pig is the place you want to be if you love great food, fun atmosphere and friendly waiters. I would recommend the chicken salad. I was very happy with the generous portions :)

Excellent concept gong karaoke. I have been here twice however. And the crowd is great but karaoke is SUPPOSED to start at 10 pm . The first time I was here the first song was at 11:15 even though at 1030 I kept asking every few minutes whether they were starting karaoke or not and they kept telling me oh yes we'll start in just a minute or two. & they started tearing down the bar at 12:00 1/2 of the crowd (of 70+ left! I thought saddly... do the owners know this!?!? This is my 2nd time first song was at 10:20 even though I was here at 8:30 & asked who I had to sweet talk for karaoke to start on time. .... Once again they started breaking down the bar @12:15 & once again half the people (27) left... as an owner I would be miffed. they are literally pushing money out the door. If you have 75 people in your stablishment on a Wednesday night at midnight you can bring in some bank and I are doing the right thing with your venue. so my review is one star for ruining my groove. but 5 stars for the concept gong karaoke & the energy of the karaoke DJ. 3 stars for the service - it's decent. I will be returning regularly however I don't know how long I'm going to be able to tolerate being kicked out of my active party. it will be like yay karaoke fun this for 2 hours but then they're going to kick me out and it takes me an hour to drive there I'm from Berthoud
